Lucy Lawless
Lucy Lawless (Full name Lucille Frances Ryan) was born on March 29, 1968 in Mount Albert, New Zealand. She is a New Zealand actress and singer best known for her role as Xena on the television series Xena: Warrior Princess from 1995 to 2001.
Biography and Career :
Her parents' names are Frank and Julie Ryan. She had attended the William Davis Center for Actors Study. All over the world she is known as Xena thanks to her lead role in the television series with the same name.
Other roles she had had were in movies like "Hercules and the Amazon Women", "The Simpsons", "The X-Files", "Just Shoot Me!", "The Bernie Mac Show", "Two and a Half Men" and "Veronica Mars". She has millions of fans everywhere and they can't wait to see her new roles.
Between 1988 and 1995 she was mar
ried to Garth Lawless. They have a daughter, Daisy. On March 28, 1998 she married Robert G. Tapert. The couple has two children: Julius Robert Bay Tapert and Judah Miro Tapert.
She received the New Zealand Order Of Merit (NZOM), Queen's Birthday Honours 2004 for services to NZ entertainment and the community. Thanks to her talent, brain and good look she managed to develop a successful career and she will surely have it many years from now on.
